Logan and Theresa Franks are your hosts and the proud owners of The Shady Victorian, constructed in 1906 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Logan is a native of Arizona and Theresa, originally from New York state, has called Arizona home since 1973. Logan and Theresa have lived in Prescott for more than 25 years and cannot imagine living anywhere else. They are active in the commercial construction and real estate industries. Theresa enjoys writing and researching historical subjects, especially Prescott’s past. She is a collector of all things historical. Home to Virgil Earp and other interesting and prominent citizens, Prescott is rich in history and Theresa never has a problem finding subjects to write about.

Logan and Theresa are starting a new season of life and are looking forward to hosting guests at The Shady Victorian and helping their guests learn more about Prescott, Everybody’s Hometown. 

Logan and Theresa's goal is to have every guest feel welcome, enjoy their stay, and discover all that Prescott has to offer.
